"I wanted to share an extremely positive experience with State Farm. I have used State Farm for over fifty years with a limited number of Agents. I have been with Rick Hakey for five years. Most people are aware that rates continue to go up! Unfortunately we have been a victim as well. I recently lost my wife to cancer, and I am now the only person on our account. I expected an increase for the next renewal. This is despite that we have not had any accidents. To my surprise I received the incredible news that my rates were being reduced by $264 for the next 6 months! Unbelievable!! I have no reason to ever leave State Farm. They have been more than considerate and have put me first as a customer. I continue to be important and they continue to be accomodating. Please keep this trend going!"
